The innovative ZXP Series retransfer-printer creates on demand plastic cards with pictures almost in photoquality. Brilliant colours and a high resolution offer a very good printquality. Thanks to the modular and flexible design, if required you can upgrade it with lots of encodeoptions. As a quality characteristic it is to be considered that the printhead has a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.

The device is equipped with an automatic card-feed for approx. 150 cards with a thickness of 0,76mm and a card-hopper for approx. 100 cards with the same thickness. The printhead resolution amounts to 300 dpi. The product variation "Single Side" can print cards onesided, whereas the product variation "Dual Side" is for double sided printing.

You achieve the best printing results with the application of original consumption material that we always have on stock for you. The iseries colour ribbons distinguish themselves by an easy use and 100 percent compatibility to your printer. If using an iseries colour ribbon in an iseries printer the ribbon will be identified and configured autmatically. Manual interventions are reduced therefore to a minimum. For the ZXP Series 8 Re-transfer printers we offer the following colour ribbons and re-transfer-films:

• 4-patch-colour ribbon, YMCK, approx. 625 cardsides/role
• 5-patch-colour ribbon, YMCKK, approx. 500 cardsides/role if 4-colour-print on the foreside and monochrom black print on the backside of the card

• Re-transfer-film, film for printing plastic-cards, approx. 1.250 cardsides/role

• Set of cleaning cards, consisting of 12 cleaning cards for the card transport and 3 cleaning cards for the re-transfer unit.
