We offer a maximum printer-availability through our excellent, according to manufacturer zebra world-wide best service of all zebra-partners. In more than 97% of all cases, card printers younger than eight years, which are send in for maintenance or repair and that arrives until 10:00 o'clock with us, are maintained or repaired on the same day and are sent back to the customer. With later shipping the customer is informed about the delay by telephone. A current statistic can be found at the end of this site.
- You get first-class telephone-support through our qualified employees (specialists for card printer and card printer software), whose names and direct diallings we mention to you, (no call centre and no so-called hotline experts). You can use this service during the entire product life of the printer and/or the software.
- We also repair your older card printers and won't "leave you out in the cold" with repairs which crop up after a few years. Thus you can divide your cost by a very high number of years of utilisation.
- Card printer and according consumables are available from stock in most cases and are guaranteed to be shipped at the same day with orders reaching us till 12:00 o'clock. With orders that reach us till 15:30 o'clock, shipping happens at a 95-percent chance at the same day, too.
- You get everything at one-stop - the printer, appropriate support and service, consumables, plastic-cards incl. accessories for plastic-cards as well as individual development of software for your very special application.

- Our in-house software development department makes it possible for us, to cut special applications on your needs precisely. In doing so, a software e.g. for the encoding of Mifare as well as many other contact chipcards with usage of Zebra card printers was realised.
