Registration of barcodes using ScanBC

The registration of barcodes on tickets or badges for events must not be expensive or complex in any way.

Using the Maxicard Software ScanBC and a barcodescanner offered by Maxicard aswell you can log barcodes with all data of interest such as code number, date and time.
The Windows software is installed in addition on a notebook or netbook and the barcodescanner is simply connected via USB port. The accumulated data can be simply processed, for example using MS Excel.

The software ScanBC can be upgraded to a complete access control system. All required functionalities can be added according to the use scenario.

Mobile access control using a handheld

Mobile data entry and electronic access controls increase the security level at events of all kind.

On the basis of transpondercards or barcodecards and mobile terminals MAXICARD offers exactly such a system.

After the collection of the card data, a data reconciliation with a data base is carried out to verify the legitimation of the card holder. On the terminal's display the status is shown simply and clearly. Several admittance-positions can be controlled with this online-system, which communicates via WLAN or GPRS (mobile radio) over the network. Within seconds, the status of a card is available at all admittance-positions.

A detailed logging allows almost each imaginable analysis of the data at the end of an event. The online-system provides a real-time-status-monitor, that shows extensive information to the current event. Cards can be both blocked and unblocked centrally by an administrator.

Our in-house software development department makes it possible to us, to cut the terminal software individually on your event and your task.
